I will put this customer on the loaner list which is handled by Sharon in this service department and it may 4 to 5 weeks before we can extend a loaner out due to there being several customers ahead of this customer.

Detail Information:
$29.95 for a basic wash/window/vacuum.
$69.95 for a basic wash/window/vacuum and wax.
169.95 for a full detail (cars only, meaning any vehicle smaller than an F150/Expedition), meaning in addition to the aforementioned services, the customer would get the carpets shampooed and scrubbed, the seats (whether cloth or leather) would get a heavy duty clean, all the trim pieces would get scrubbed clean, the engine bay would get sprayed down and cleaned, and typically the exterior gets much more attention than a basic wash. Meaning that the recon department would ensure that every bug is scraped off the front bumper and the grill is clean etc.
$189.95 for a full detail (trucks only, meaning any vehicle that is an F150/Expedition or larger) includes that same service as mentioned above.
As far as scheduling, these services are not scheduled in our DMS and are only recorded on a paper calendar kept back in recon. So, the best course of action would be schedule AT LEAST a week in advance and to email us so that I can run back and hand write the appointment on his calendar.
Lastly, try to avoid scheduling on Mondays and Saturdays as we are short-handed on both those days.

Any Non-Lincoln or Mazda used cars that have a concern in the first 90 days and can not be resolved in our shop need to be handled in the following manner.
Written up by our service department and we will transport them to the servicing dealer. Customer is to be told that there may be a diagnostic fee if its not a warranty concern.
Call the dealer and send it to them.
BDC – When a client calls that fits into these parameters, please make the appointment in our system and send an email to the advisors alerting that it is a vehicle that may need to be subbed to another dealer. Generally, this will be repairs pertaining to warning lights and transmission / engine drivability issues.
It is our hope that by having the customer drop off here we have a better chance of keeping them for more lucrative retail services in the future. Im aware that there may be some growing pains with this but the number of vehicles that will fall into this catagory will be minimal
