The vehicle must be returned within 5 days from the date of purchase and must be driven fewer than 250 miles. The date of purchase counts as the 1st day. All purchase and financing documents must accompany the vehicle upon return. $180 restocking fee paid by customer. Returns limited to one per household per year within the Chapman Auto Group affiliated dealerships. All returned vehicles will be inspected for modifications, damage, and excess wear. No physical or mechanical damage, or excess wear. The returned vehicle cannot be subject to liens, security interests or other encumbrances, other than the those arising from the dealership vehicle retail installment contract. If the customer does not comply with any terms and conditions of this policy or other reasonable requests as contemplated by this policy, the dealership has the right to refuse to accept return of the vehicle or at its option the dealership may choose to deduct the reasonable repair or maintenance expense from the customer refund, as the dealership may determine in its sole discretion.

Covers components designated by the manufacturer as "Powertrain" components. Warranty terminates when vehicle is sold or traded. Vehicle must be returned to dealer once every 5 years for a complimentary Powertrain inspection. See dealer for complete details.
